Best Caramel recipe EVER.

This caramel recipe is so versatile. I have made caramel popcorn (which is it originally meant for) caramel chex (the same, but substitute chex or popcorn, and you don't get kernels stuck in your teeth!) Caramel brownies, dipping caramel, and more.

Ingredients:

1 c. karo syrup

2 c. brown sugar

½ c. butter

15 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Directions: 
Bring karo syrup & brown sugar to a boil. Add butter. Boil to ‘soft ball stage.’ Take off heat and add sweetened condensed milk. Pour over large bowl of popcorn and mix well.  

Use for so many things!
