Grandpa's Salsa

I have cut my thumb plenty of times as I sliced the tomatoes for this great salsa recipe. But it is all worth it. I think the tradition started during super bowl time. Whether that's true or not, we don't go a super bowl without this salsa. It's so good, Mom asked my dad to make it for her for her birthday. It makes a big batch and lasts us maybe 3 weeks.

Use Roma tomatoes, tomatillos, colorful bell peppers, jalapeños, onions, cilantro, tomato paste, tomato sauce. Dice and mince according to taste and desire. Stir well. Add some apple cider vinegar and honey to sweeten. Salt to taste.
